Internal Anode Installation & Inspection
We have vast experience of completing the installation and inspection of anodes to ensure corrosion protection of the monopile is in place. This is completed by our dedicated in-house management team and technicians.
Asset & Structural Integrity Inspections
We offer periodic inspection of the cathodic protection system, pH monitoring and water sampling of the internal foundation. Our services include MP/TP grouted connections, structural and J-Tube inspections, water exchange/removal. General visual inspection of the turbine including any rectification work to minimize any re-visits in the future.
Safety Improvements
We have delivered safety improvements throughout the turbine including, fabrication and installation, safety gates, handrail, replacement of latch way, safety observations, fall arrest points, internal ladders and replacement of safety equipment.
Confined Space Entry
We have extensive experience in working within the high risk confined space. We have proven documentation to provide safe access, equipment and rescue teams when working within the confined space.
Fabrication, Welding & Lifting Operations
RTS Wind can provide a one stop solution for both onshore and offshore fabrication, welding, and NDT. This includes component fabrication, installation, and asset integrity upgrades to the foundations, as well as appointed persons and specialist lifting teams.
Grouted Connection Remediation (GCR)
We have developed a proven solution to remediate grout slippage between the monopile and transition piece, which has been successfully delivered on numerous campaigns. This turn-key solution can be delivered by our dedicated management team and technicians.
Painting & Inspection
To carry out remedial repairs of the transition piece, monopile and general repairs of existing and new painting systems. This also includes rope access under the control of our accredited coating inspectors.
Substation Inspection & Maintenance
We offer a full range of works on mechanical and electrical systems including, fabrication, welding and installation, through to commissioning and final handover. We can provide a wide range of mechanical scopes including improvements, punch out items, equipment removal, handrail and signage.
Rope Access & Authorised Technicians
We provide specialist rope access solutions within our mechanical and electrical teams. All rope access is carried out in accordance with IRATA guidelines using our own in house trained technicians.
