Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been prepared with the greatest of care. However, we cannot assume liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness. As service provider we are responsible, in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telecommunications Act, for our own contents on these pages in compliance with the general legal requirements. According to Subsections 8 to 10 of the German Telecommunications Act, we as service provider are however not obliged to monitor transmitted or received third-party information, or to investigate the circumstances indicating an illegal activity. This does not relieve us of our responsibility to remove or block the use of information in compliance with the general legal requirements. However, we can only assume any liability in this regard from the point in time at which a specific infringement came to our attention. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to web pages of third parties the content of which is outside of our control. We therefore also cannot assume responsibility for these third party contents. The relevant provider or owner of the pages is responsible at all times for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible infringements at the time they were linked. Illegal contents were not identified at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the contents of the linked pages is however not feasible unless specific evidence of an infringement exists. If infringements come to light, we will remove the corresponding links immediately.
The contents and works on these pages prepared by the owner of the pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of use beyond the scope of the copyright require the written consent of the author or originator. These pages can only be downloaded and copied for private, non-commercial use. Where the contents on these pages are not created by the owner, the copyright of third parties will be observed. Third-party content in particular will be identified as such. If despite these measures you become aware of a copyright infringement, please advise us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of infringements, such contents will be removed immediately.
Our web page can normally be used without disclosing any personal data. Whenever your personal data (name, address or email addresses, for example) is requested on our pages, this is done so whenever possible on a voluntary basis. Your data will not be passed to third parties unless you have provided your express consent.
Please be aware that when data in transferred in the Internet (e.g. e-mail communication) this is not entirely secure. The possibility of the data being seen by third parties cannot be ruled out entirely.
We hereby expressly exclude the use by third parties of contact data published to comply with our obligation under German law to provide publishing details in order to send unsolicited advertising and information materials. The owners of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited marketing communications, in the form of spam mails for example.
Data privacy statement in relation to the use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. ("Google") web analysis service. Google Analytics uses "Cookies", in other words, text files that are stored on your computer that allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is normally transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If the IP is anonymized on this web page, your IP address will however be shortened beforehand by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
In exceptional cases only, the full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
